Designing the Future of Automation
We are an engineering design company developing intelligent automation hardware — from modular industrial PLC platforms to compact mesh wireless devices.
Our focus is on design innovation, system reliability, and seamless integration between mechanical, electronic, and digital intelligence
Engineering the connection between design and intelligence.
Who We Are
TatrApex designs and develops intelligent automation hardware — from industrial-grade control systems to compact connected devices for smaller applications depending on your needs.
We integrate mechanical, electronic, and software disciplines to create cohesive, self-developed automation platforms that form the foundation of your production process.
Our mission is to advance your business automation by developing modular, data-aware control architectures that enable smarter, more adaptive industrial and small-scale systems.
OUR ENGINEERING PHILOSOPHY
Design With Purpose
At TatrApex, every design begins with intent — to create automation that is purposeful, reliable, and forward-thinking.
We engineer each concept from first principles, ensuring every element — from circuit layout to enclosure geometry — fulfils a real functional need. The result is automation technology that is both elegant and efficient by design.

Integrated Thinking
Our team blends mechanical precision, electronic intelligence, and software logic into unified systems.
By bridging disciplines, we design products that are adaptable across industries — from robust industrial controllers to compact, wireless devices for small-scale automation.
Integration isn’t an afterthought; it’s at the core of how we think and create.
Built on Iteration
True engineering innovation comes from refinement.
Each prototype we design is tested, measured, and improved — not just to meet specifications, but to redefine them.
This iterative design process allows us to evolve our automation platforms in response to emerging technologies and user insights.

Sustainable by Design
We engineer for longevity, modularity, and repairability.
Our design philosophy prioritizes components and materials that extend product life and simplify future upgrades.
By designing for evolution rather than obsolescence, we ensure each system remains relevant in an ever-advancing world.
Driven by Curiosity
Curiosity fuels every design decision we make.
We explore new technologies, challenge conventions, and continuously seek smarter ways to connect the physical and digital worlds.
This mindset drives TatrApex to keep designing automation that adapts, evolves, and endures.

OUR DESIGN FOCUS
Engineering intelligent control systems — from industrial platforms to smart connected devices.
At TatrApex, we focus on designing automation technologies that unite industrial robustness with everyday intelligence. Our work spans two main design streams — each driven by the same engineering principles of modularity, efficiency, and precision addressing your specific business needs.

SMART AUTOMATION
We develop compact wireless automation devices for small businesses and connected homes. Designed with wireless adaptability and simplicity.

INDUSTRIAL CONTROL
We design a modular programmable automation controller (PLC) platform for demanding environments. Scalable, data-driven, and ready for AI integration.
Both design streams share a common goal — to make automation smarter, modular, and seamlessly connected across every scale.
Smart Scale Automation – Mesh Automation
The Mesh Automation Product Range represents TatrApex’s development of a mesh wireless automation platform designed to extend control beyond traditional wiring.
Its purpose is to connect sensors, actuators, and control nodes in smaller-scale installations — such as compact factory zones or local process cells — where running cables is inefficient or impractical.
By translating conventional I/O signals into mesh communication, the controller enables robust, self-healing, and easily expandable wireless automation networks.
Technical Design Statement
The Mesh Automation is our in-house development of a compact wireless I/O controller designed to bridge traditional automation with modern connectivity.
Built around a micro-controller and high-precision architecture, it converts analog and digital signals into secure mesh data.
The board integrates expansion headers, Ethernet, and power-management circuits to support distributed wireless nodes or gateway operation.
Our design focuses on modularity, signal integrity, and seamless interaction with function-block-based automation logic.

Technical Overview
High-resolution ADC (ADS1115) for analog input precision.
Regulated power system with filtering and diagnostic feedback.
Orange Pi interface for control logic, expansion, and firmware testing.
Integrated Ethernet and USB headers enabling hybrid wired/wireless operation.
Wireless mesh network for increased communication reliability.
Blackout / brownout controlled shutdown preventing data loss.
What Does It Solve
In many retrofit or small-scale industrial environments, physical wiring limits flexibility and adds cost.
The Mesh Automation removes this constraint by wirelessly linking distributed sensors and actuators into one coordinated mesh.
Each device acts as both an I/O node and repeater, automatically routing data to maintain connectivity while increasing the mest stability.
This makes it ideal for extending automation into existing plant areas, auxiliary machinery, or building zones without modifying existing cabling infrastructure.
Together, these components demonstrate how mesh automation can deliver reliable, low-power signal transmission and control integration.
The design allows for expansion of automation systems and implement function-block logic across distributed devices without the need or running wiring.
